SHIPMENT OF YOUR PACKAGE

Packages are generally shipped within 24 / 48h after receipt of your payment.

The standard shipping method is tracked letter * or tracked colissimo delivered against signature (€ 5 for France, € 7 for Europe and € 10 for countries outside the European Union). Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs are free for the letter followed.

Returns and exchanges are free within 15 days of receipt. Please send a message to: contact@desiree-schmidt.com, a free return stamp will be emailed to you with all instructions.

  

DELIVERY DELAY 

The order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days once it has been confirmed. Deliveries are made by the services of La Poste, from Monday to Saturday.

To France, delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen:

   - Tracked letters *: 48h to 72h

   - Colissimo: 24h to 48h

Internationally, once your order has been prepared, you will receive it within 3 to 15 working days.

TRANSPORT AND CHECK ON RECEPTION

DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer from the time the product leaves the workshop.

The User is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to make any reservations, if applicable, on the carrier's delivery note. It is your responsibility upon receipt of the package to immediately check it and to formulate reservations with the carrier "La Poste" by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the package and to inform the customer service of the site www.desiree-schmidt.com at the email address: contact@desiree-schmidt.com.

Exceeding the shipping time may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment for damages, since the customer is delivered within the 30 working days, following the confirmation of his order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You can return or exchange your jewelry. Return charges are free. Any return must be reported in advance, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to me. Make sure to return the jewel in its original packaging and that it is neither damaged or stained, nor already worn. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, I will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer will have to file a claim directly with his carrier.

My number 1 priority is for you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, I offer you a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee!

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, contact me within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a return together.

Is the necklace too long or the ring too small? No problem. You can exchange your product up to 14 days (45 days during the holidays) after receipt.

Once your jewel has been received, so that you can order and receive your new jewel as soon as possible, I will send you a credit note valid for one year on the site.

If the jewelry you choose is more expensive you can:

If the jewelry you choose is cheaper, I will refund the difference to you within 30 days.

After you have sent your package, and the post office sends it to me, you will receive a first email indicating that your package has been received at the Workshop.

You will receive a second email confirming your refund or the issuance of your credit note.

It takes about 3 to 5 working days from the moment I receive your package for your return request to be processed.

For payments made by credit card or PayPal payment, I refund your order upon receipt of the product, within 30 days.
