Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
The standard shipping method is the letter followed or the colissmo followed delivered against signature. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs are free for the tracked letter.
Returns and exchanges are free within 15 days of receipt. Please send a message to: contact@desiree-schmidt.com, a free return stamp will be emailed to you with all instructions.
   
1. DELIVERY
       
- Deadlines:
DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS ships orders placed before noon within 48 working hours from Monday to Saturday and delivers within 48 working hours to the delivery address indicated when ordering, by colissimo or letter followed by the Post Office, throughout mainland France.
In the event of absence, a post office notice will be left in your letterbox. Your package will then be made available to you in the post office on which you depend for 15 days.
The delivery times indicated are indicative times from the day following that of the validation by the User of his order and correspond to the processing and delivery times of the Products. Under no circumstances can they be enforced, but in the event of an unusual delay, an email will be sent to the User.
The responsibility of DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure. Consequently, no request for compensation, of any nature whatsoever, can be claimed by the customer from DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS.
       
- Transport and verification upon receipt:
DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer from the time the product leaves the workshop.
The User is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to make any reservations, if applicable, on the carrier's delivery note. It is your responsibility upon receipt of the package to immediately check it and to formulate reservations with the carrier "La Poste" by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the package and to inform the customer service of the site www.desiree-schmidt.com at the email address: contact@desiree-schmidt.com.
Exceeding the shipping time may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment for damages, since the customer is delivered within the 30 working days, following the confirmation of his order.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
         
From the date of receipt of the order, the User has a period of 15 days to inform customer service by email and return an item if it is not satisfied. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to conform and accepted by the customer, and DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
- Return conditions: The returned item must be unworn, in its original condition, complete in its original packaging accompanied by the carefully completed return slip to be able to identify the customer, the order concerned and know the reason for return so that we can improve our service to the customer. In order to ensure the follow-up of the package, the User must make his return by letter followed for delivery in France. - Exchange or refund: If the aforementioned conditions are met DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS will then either exchange or refund the returned Product (s) within 15 days from the date of receipt by DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS of items returned by the User. The refund will be made by check or by bank transfer to the name and billing address of the customer who placed the order. The costs of sending the Products by colissimo or registered letter are the responsibility of the User, except for cases of anomalies related to shipping or delivery. In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs will be offered to you by www.desiree-schmidt.com. Upon receipt of his order, the User will check the conformity of the Products received. Indeed, despite all the care taken by DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS in preparing the packages, a Product may be missing or may have a defect. In the event of an anomaly observed (deterioration of the package, missing product, product error), the User must imperatively inform the customer service of the site www.desiree-schmidt.com by email within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the ordered. After this period, the products will be deemed to conform and free from any apparent defect. Any complaint made after this period will therefore be rejected and DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS will be released from any liability. DESIREE SCHMIDT PARIS reserves the right to ask the User to return the defective Product to him. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged.
